For all US orders, all cancellation and modification requests must be processed by our team within an hour of purchase.
For all Canada purchases, all cancellation and modification requests must be processed by our team by 8am EST the morning after the order is placed.
For all other international requests, please do your best to reach out within an hour of purchase to have to best chance at a successful edit.
