WHAT SET IS BEST FOR A BEGINNER?
If you are just starting out, the Get Lean Set is a great choice. The two different weights allow you to learn the rhythm and timing of jump roping. We recommend starting out with the 1/2 LB rope that is included in the set as it provides you with the feedback to help beginners.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT LENGTH ROPE IS RIGHT FOR ME?

ARE THE HANDLES WEIGHTED?
Though our handles have some weight due to their material, we do not add weights to them like other brands. The weight is in the actual rope which creates a more effective and calorie burning workout!
SHOULD I FOCUS ON JUMPING FOR ENDURANCE OR REPETITION WHEN STARTING OUT?
Counting repetitions is a good place to start. As you become more comfortable with the rhythm of jumping, set goals by the min. And remember its ok to start small. Pace yourself and listen to your body to avoid any injury when starting a new workout routine.
HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK SHOULD I JUMP ROPE?
This is going to be based on your fitness goals. Incorporating jumping rope to your current workout routine or as a warm up is a good place to start. As you see the amazing results, you will want to jump rope every day! Just remember to stretch and have rest days to stay healthy.
WHAT SET SHOULD I USE FOR TONING OR MUSCLE BUILDING?
If toning and lean muscle is your fitness goal, the Get Lean is a great choice.
