WHY DO I NOT SEE MY CALORIES BURNED?
In your app, go to Profile and fill out your weight, height, etc. and save. Once you do that, every time you complete a workout you’ll see your calories burned.
HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD FOR MY APP ACCOUNT?
You can reset your password inside the app. Open the menu, choose Profile, and you’ll see an option to change your password at the bottom.
WHAT DO I DO IF I LOSE MY ACTIVITY DATA?
First, please verify that you are logged into your account. Inside the app, tap the menu bar. If it says "sign-in", you will need to log in to see your data. If you are already logged in and still not seeing your data, please submit a report HERE.
WHAT IF I STILL DO NOT SEE PREMIUM FEATURES I PURCHASED A PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP?
Try restarting the app. If you still don’t see the features, please CONTACT Support Team.
