No, you do not need the Crossrope system to use the app, but we do highly recommend using Crossrope jump ropes for the best experience!

The premium app subscription is $9.99 USD per month or $79.99 USD per year (savings of more than 30% !). Please note, Apple and Google stores will complete the conversion for non-US based customers.

HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO THE CROSSROPE APP?
The Crossrope App is free to download on Android or iOS devices. Once on your device, you will have free access to our Crossrope Lite Membership in our Crossrope app. This gives you access to new workouts, challenges, activity, tracking, and more. Explore our membership options HERE.
WHAT IS CROSSROPE COUNT?
The Crossrope Count is a feature on the Premium Membership that tracks your jumps by sound! Each time the rope hits the floor or mat, it makes a sound and the app picks it up and is able to keep a record of your jumps! You can have your phone anywhere near you on the ground or on your person, within 10ft. The count feature is a stand-alone feature and at this time can not run at the same time as a workout. We hope to have this available in the future!
WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APP TO RUN PROPERLY?
For app version iOS v5, it is supported by iOS 13 and later. Older app versions have a requirement of iOS 11, Android 5.0. Normal, large, and extra large screens are also all supported.
WHAT DO I DO IF I AM EXPERIENCING AN ERROR OR GLITCH ON THE APP?
