You will receive 30 days of free Premium access, after which you will be charged $9.99 USD on a Monthly membership plan, or $79.99 USD on an Annual membership plan.
IF I PURCHASED MY MEMBERSHIP ON THE SITE, HOW DO I ACTIVATE IT ON THE APP?
You will receive an email following your order confirmation to complete your membership. Once completed, you will receive an activation code and instructions on how to activate your code through the app.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP WAS ACTIVATED SUCCESSFULLY?
When you go into the app, click on the menu button in the top left, and if you see Premium on the top of the menu, then your Premium has been activated!
HOW DO I UPGRADE FROM A MONTHLY TO AN ANNUAL APP MEMBERSHIP?
Log into your Crossrope account, go to Manage Subscriptions, then click on Cancel. Select a reason for cancellation and proceed with the cancellation. Once completed, you may add a new annual App Membership to your account.
HOW CAN I EDIT MY CREDIT CARD OR BILLING ADDRESS ON FILE FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?
Log into your Crossrope account, go to Manage Subscriptions, then Billing. You may edit the credit card on file or billing address.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY MEMBERSHIP?
Refunds are not available for membership plans.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY PREMIUM APP MEMBERSHIP?
You can log into your Crossrope account, go to Manage Subscriptions, then click on Cancel. Select a reason for cancellation and proceed with the cancellation.
