To make an online return, follow these easy steps.
- Submit an Online Request
- Place your item(s) in the shipping box
- Tape the shipping label to the outside of the package and make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible
- Drop off the package to an authorized FedEx drop off location
- We’ll process your request within 2-4 business days of receiving your package and send you an email when this transaction has taken place
