DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
No, but we can ship to authorized FedEx pick up locations if that would be a better fit for you!
DO YOU SHIP TO AN APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESS?
Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO addresses, however transit times can take a bit longer, especially if the package is traveling internationally.
WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?
We have a 60 day exchange and return window for all orders. Simply fill out our request form on the RETURNS page and we will process your request upon receipt.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?
Oh no! If your package hasn't appeared (checked with a friendly neighbor) after a day or so, please CONTACT US within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate further.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL US?
Yes. If you’re located in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, we are able to ship using USPS Priority Mail.
IF I LIVE IN HAWAII, ALASKA OR P.R, WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE AND WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
If you live outside of the continental U.S, shipping is free for all orders over $50 and only $5 for order under $50. You will receive your order within 3-10 business days after it leaves our distribution center.
