WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Due to restrictions and complications caused by COVID-19, our shipping center is experiencing delays of up to 3 days to get orders out the door. Canada Post is also experiencing extremely high volumes during the holiday season. We are seeing delays in shipping transit time of up to 5 business days. We apologize for the inconvenience and we are doing everything we can to get orders out the door as quickly as possible.
The estimated delays vary by region. On average the delays are the following:
The East coast 2-3 business days
North Ontario & East Quebec up to 2-3 days
MB, SK 3-4 business days.
AB, BC 4-5 business days.

WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
Orders shipped with Canada Expedited Post are shipped from our distribution center in Canada.
WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?
We have a 60 day exchange and return window for all orders. Simply fill out our request form on the RETURNS page and we will process your request upon receipt.
HOW MUCH DUTY AND TAX WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
Great news! Items shipped to Canadian addresses from our CA distribution center will not be subject to any additional Customs or Duties beyond what is paid at checkout
CAN ALL ITEMS SHIP FROM CANADA?
Unfortunately, our CA center does not carry our Crossrope Mats, Limited Edition products, or clearance items at this time. The items are however available to ship internationally from one of our US distribution centers and require international shipping fees and taxes to be paid at checkout.
