If your order was shipped from our Canadian Fulfillment Center, all you will need to do is complete our exchange and return form and cover the shipping cost of your returned item back to our Fulfillment Center in Canada. If you select an exchange, we will be happy to cover the cost of shipping the new size to you. Once we receive your returned package, we will then process your request accordingly.
