We are confident in the design and stand behind our product 100%. If there is ever a mechanical issue with you handle - just CONTACT US, include a short 10-15 second video showing the issue, and our team will make sure to take care of you.
Note: If you are noticing a slightly slower spin in your 2020 handles, do not worry! The ball bearings are pretreated with a lubricant mist. With use the ball bearing will become coated in the lubricant, allowing the handle to spin smoothly once more and will actually spin smoother and longer the more you use your Slim and Power Handles.
