At Crossrope, we stand behind our jump rope products and are confident that they will perform as designed. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality and performance of our products, you may return or exchange them within 60 days of when you receive your purchase. We love all of our customers and make every effort to ensure that you have an amazing experience.
Please note that the 60 day exchange and return policy has been extended for the holidays and is effective for orders starting on November 24th, 2019. All orders prior are covered under our previous 30 day exchange and return policy.

Hassle-Free Returns (U.S. Only)
If you do need to make a return, we do want to say thank you for giving Crossrope a try. Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy Crossrope jumpers, and as such, we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience.
With that said, we know that sometimes our system is not the right fit and we don’t want to leave anyone feeling burned. That's why we offer hassle-free returns to US customers, which means:
- You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment
- You may return your current generation ropes within the first 60 days after your receipt.
To protect our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents
- Products showing excessive wear and tear. If you’re unsure on whether you are going to keep the product, please test it on indoor surfaces only
- Orders outside of the 60 day policy window
Important: Please note that the free return shipping offer is only available to US customers due to the expense of international shipping. For international customers that wish to return a product, we can accommodate the return, but the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges (European Union Policy)
We now offer return and exchange options to customers located within the European Union! All you need to do is cover the shipping cost back to our Fulfillment Center in Ireland, fill out our form HERE and we will take care of the rest.
This provides a more economical option for getting the product back to us, as well as allows us to cover shipping costs back to you - decreasing the transit time significantly to get you jumping again!
In order to qualify, your order must meet the following requirements:
- Order was fulfilled out of Ireland Fulfillment Center. This is noted by the shipping method at checkout. If the shipping method reads “DHL Road 2-3 Days (Duties Included)” then it was fulfilled out of Ireland.
- Product ordered is fully stocked at our Ireland Fulfillment Center.
