That’s why we promise to make sure you have the right size and product for your fitness goals and ensure your investment with us is risk-free. We stand behind our jump rope products, and we are confident that they will perform as designed. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you may return or exchange them within 60 days of when you receive your purchase.
Please note that the 60 day exchange and return policy has been extended for the holidays and is effective for orders starting on November 24th, 2019. All orders prior are covered under our previous 30 day exchange and return policy.
To protect our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care, negligence, or accidents
- Products showing excessive wear and tear. If you’re unsure on whether you are going to keep the product, please test it on indoor surfaces only
- Orders outside of the 60 day policy window
